So splinter we haven't heard your opinion as to who should either fix or pay out for the board to be fixed!
Personally i think both of them should learn to fix boards then they can both run into each other as much as they like as they are obviously both kooks, one has no board control or sense and theother has no idea of where he should be positioning himself, or sense.

This does not seem so hypothetical. You are arguing a point that the other individual involved does not have the opportunity to. If your Friends split the cost or pay for it all. I have never had a friend that I would let $100 ruin the friendship over. Right or wrong it is not that much money.

Step up and be the good guy.

Splinter,

You keep argueing your case hoping others will agree with you so you can justify not paying for the repair. Is your friendship worth less then $100. Step up and be the man that you should be. It is not a matter of who is at fault it is a matter of keeping peace between you and your friend.

I have been in situations like this and always offer to pay wether it is my fault or not. Be a man and step up to the plate. Don't let the revengeful side of you kill your stoke.

You have let this eat at you too long. As my dad always said is it better to be right or better to be happy.
