Taking a punt on Croyde

Postby Brisbanebound » Mon Jun 18, 2007 12:53 pm

I'm taking a desperation punt on Croyde this week! Heading down on Tuesday and hanging around for Wednesday then back on Weds pm/evening.
According to the FNMOC it looks like a swell should move in on Tuesday morning and be looking OK for Wed/Thurs too.
I need a surf dammit!!!!!

Git!!! :D
The surf is at its best in July in NSW too!!!
If you can get out of Sydney try heading down the coast to Ulladulla - some superb surf down there!
How long are you going for?
I leave for Bris on 2nd August!!! I also have 7 weeks off to do pretty much nothing but surf (well I have to find a place to live, sort bank accounts, medical stuff, tax stuff, phones, internet, cars .... but mainly surfing!) :D

I'm going to the 'gong this time, so there should be plenty of spots to try :D
Hopefully I can bring a board with me this time - Team Harmergeddon goes global
Going to spend about a week there, then probably head back up to Sydney for a couple of days and check out some of the southern beaches round cronulla and hopefully meet up with James (Jimi) for the first Pan-Hemisphere SW meet

So only a short trip, and there'll be quite a lot of work stuff to fit in, but hopefully should get more of a surf than I did last time.

Seven weeks surfing in australia - sounds hell
