Smaller is definately better at the moment. Small waves today, and in two hours I got nine waves and stood up on nearly all.

I'm definately hooked.

It's wicked!!!

If you don't think the injuries of surfing are worth the reward you can always fall back on bodyboarding as plan B. I'm going to split time this season between bodyboarding and taking surfing more slowly. I'm a little gunshy since I injured my ribs 2x last year in as many attempts (once broken/once bruised).
