fin key question

fin key question

new board has future fins (?) anyone know what size key this needs to put them on? as board came without key and my metric ones dont fit!!

mmmm well thats gay. It looks like these screws need somewhere between 2 and 2.5 mm :? praps they need imperial alan keys??

Future Fins are American i think, so will be imperial, get yourself down the local pound shop

Possibly. Maybe Ive got some imperial one's hanging about in the garage without me realising. I'll stick a key in the post with the cheque for the hoodie. Its got a groovy 'F' plastic thing and everything! :wink:

Actually I'll check that I have got a spare one first, but Im almost sure I have, and I'll put it in the post tomorrow. No waves at the moment anyway :roll:

What fins have you got in there? Or rather, not in there yet? All my boards have got futures :D

it came with these futures, one black and 2 white. the grub screws are in the board and i have nothing to tighten them up to secure the fins with! but yeah, its flat at the mo anyway, so no rush :cry:

Okay, I realise that if they're in the board you cant tell what model of fins they are, but still.... :wink:

nerner :P the white ones have EA 450 on them and the black one has JC1 450

: proud to know absolutely nothing about fins :
