North Beach

Postby Beachbum » Mon Sep 18, 2006 4:31 pm

I went to a surf spot not that far from my home and there must of been a swell that day since waves were 4-6ft. Even though they have that saying "in doubt dont go out" but I took my chances anyway. Hehe the thrill of catching those waves and paddling like crazy to avoid getting pounded by those huge waves was awesome. Seen my 6th grade teacher out there as well :) .

Any advice on starting to do some tricks on the wave such as bottom turns and what not?
