14 and alredy got a bucked knee

this weekend i has some bad falls, i had my fin in my side, the noes of my board on me knee, a hard and fast fall from a head hight wave onto shallows so it was a harsh impact. all of that put together has given me a knee injury, some days its ok others its hard to walk a bit, hopefully it wont be long until its gone.

As someone whos ignored knee injuries and had it come back to bite me in the ass I would recommend having it looked at soon bro.

Took me nearly six months to get over a shoulder injury.

well my dad was in the army so he learnt a bit about ingurys and my dads also sliped and had hiscalf muscle rip. but iv got my dad to have a look at it and he said it was a bit of busing, and iv got a bit circular scar for when i used to durt jump bmx's so its hard to se the brusing. so if it does get any worse in get it chekced again but its been ok for the last few days. but thanxs for the concen.
