Indo boards

Postby Kev » Tue May 25, 2004 11:26 pm

I saw them 7 they look awsome, BUT, they're having a laugh, at that price surely??

There's only so far you can push perceived value, at the end of the day it is just a deck & a plastic tube, they'll cost probably £10 tops to make each one, I'd say the pro model is worth paying £50 for, no more than that.

They're daft though, if they sold them for £35 or the standard & £45 for the Pro, just about every surfer & skater would buy one, but at these prices, very few I would have thought

I'm just going to buy a blank deck for £20, and buy a piece of sturdy plastic drainage pipe from my local DIY shop, screw a bit of wood under the nose & tail to stop the board flying through the window when I come off it, & bobs yer uncle.

Could someone who got an indo post here general sizes of the board and the roller? The roller has some grip to it right? Is it light or heavy?

Don't know why they make it so expensive. I am tempted to buy one, but i think i could even pay someone to make me a custom one cheaper than that. Even so i am tempted to buy one, just to make sure it will work good.
