so what do YOU do when the waves aren't around?

Hey guys just thought I'd let you know what we've been doing on the beach recently because there are no waves here in the Summer!

When I was younger, and there was no wind to windsurf, we used to take the fins off our boards, and run along the beach and jump on them.... then recently I saw a guy skimboarding, so I remembered what we used to do, and asked a friend who has an old Bic Minimal if we could do the same...... lotsa fun if you're really bored at the beach... here are the results...

you'd be sitting around for a long time in Bournemouth (where this pic was taken)

It is actually good fun guys... with the fins gone, you can really slide the back of the board out as well!

What else do people do when there are no waves at the beach?

skate, waterski, wakeboard, and fish

that basically takes care of it

usually there is some wind blown crap that I can surf with a big board.
