new brand laws???

i gotta a name for a new surf brand which im gonna sell at low prices, ive got the logo i made up and the stuff to print it on but what tshirts can i use??? am i allowed to print it on blank tshirts and sell it on as my make?? or is that illegal??? plus what price do you think i just sell them for?? i want it to be cheap but what would people pay? if its to cheap people might think its nasty etc, i was thinking between £5 and £10 any ideas on that? cheers

if you have a look on google for t-shirt printing, you will find that there are companies that offer u to send your logo to them and they will print them on their own-brand t-shirts and if you buy in bulk they will do you a cheap deal per t-shirt if you hunt about, but there are loads out there, so have look before you buy!

na ive got the stuff to print it on the tshirts and ive made one on a tesco value tshirts but i doubt id be allowed to sell that on with my brand on it!!! the tesco tshirts arnt bad actually!! just the same quality of my billabong one im wearing now!!! the one ive printed on is £1.75 plus 10% off cos my gf works there so i got it for like £1.55 or something, bargain!! i found a website to buy blanks of but im not clear if you can put your own name on them, plus you have to buy in bulk!!

yeah i think you should be able to print on them if you can only buy them in bulk. Send them an e-mail. I'm sure its fine unless you're advertising their clothes as something else....I do admit mate, it is a tricky one...

yea it is, yeah good idea emailing them or sumthin, gotta find out about copywrite laws to, gotta fing out how to do it, dont want anyone nicking my name!!
