yesterday clean peeling 3-6ft both right and left breaking waves, perfect offshore, sunny, only problem being that the water is so damn cold! still the most amazingly perfect waves i've ever seen at st clairs - usually pretty slow mushy waves with a lot of sectionning. of course there was a "line up" ie 5 other surfers out! day before that - 6-8ft with a nor-wester (ie off shore) but way too big for me..mores the pity.
havn't checked out the surf today, figured i should actually go to uni. god bless nz waves! - hope you brits are getting some nice uncrowded waves too!
