Is there a major difference between these 2 boards?

Postby matty_02 » Tue Feb 14, 2006 1:19 am

I've been riding a mates board which is
6'8ft 19 ½ wide & 2 5/8 thick.

I'm looking at buying a board at the moment which is
6'10ft, 18 1/4wide & 2 3/8thick.

I'm still learning and im doing ok on my mates board, although jus a little unsure weather or not the board i'm lookin at buy will not be bouyant and wide enough? or will the extra length compensate for it?

Help would b much appreciated.

Cheers

well i would say that the board you are looking at getting is going to be a little less stable, but if you can ride the other board alright, it'll probubly take you at most a day to get the hang the this new one.
