hawaii sucks, you guys dont even know. i hate constant heat and sweating when im trying to sleep and traffic and loud locals and a lack of good music and art.

I was talking about waves, you made some good points a while back. do you tink the waves are possibly the best in the world?

not the best place, i think the best would be any place with less people who would be out there surfing like tahiti or samoa, or some small island.

hawaii is good though. its one of the best places for surf. thats why my name is what it is. i also like the mountains, but thats it.
there are periods of a few weeks to a month when there are no waves. and the crowds at the nice breaks get really thick, so often there will be 3-4 weeks when i dont get out at all, and when i do its at a nasty 6-ft shorebreak. and i never learn and break my boards.

i also dont want to give the impression that i hate it here, but it is just another place. its not for me. i guess if you like wearing nothing but t-shirts and shorts EVERY DAY YOUR WHOLE LIFE and sweating when you sleep (with the exception of about 4 months in the winter) and not being able to go to work or drive home without needing to change your clothes and shower and running into the same people (ex-girlfriends) from your past all the time and paying about 10-20% more for EVERYTHING EVEN MCDONALDS and having nothing to do but surf,(too hot to run, bike, hike) then its perfect!

sorry i could go on forever about it. i just dont get it. i get the same feeling from any nature thing like surfing. and when im at relatives places on the mainland in the winter and i can go out and explore and come back and i dont need to shower or change... im amazed! you dont even need to shower 1-2 times per day... wow

My family are thinking about a surfing holiday in europe, as we live in England and there's not much surf, so thinking about going to Morroco, or Portugal as there meant to be some of the best places in Europe, but if your talking about the whole world then Australia would be amazing.
