Tipping Over

Hey , was just wondering when you turtle roll your board under an oncoming wave, how can you manage to do it? the water would just go straight up my nose and I wouldnt be able to cope. I am alright at duck diving and it works for me, but I was just wondering how you would turtle roll?

roll over and pull the front of the board towards you as hard as you can. the first time you do it right you shouldnt really feel anything, you'll be amazed how easy it is and how well it works.
