Best waves of winter so far

Postby ghost_who_surfs » Wed Aug 24, 2005 4:03 am

Well the last two dayshave seen some of the best surf I've had this winter. And being week days - Monday and Tuesday the crowd factor was way down. It was blowing light offshore Monday and slightly stronger yesterday.

I thought I was going to have the place to myself initially but surfers are like penguins and as soon as I went out 15 minutes later guys started appearing. At it's height the crowd factor increased to 12 and it was goin off with consistant 6-8ft waves with the odd 10ft set smoking through.

I'm going to post some pix up in the surf photos section if you're interested and they'll be up as soon as surf patrol does his thing.

Also a question how do you imbed pictures in a post?

Looks like some really nice surf. Not quite so nice at Leighton where I went in but what do you expect.
Here are the thumbs for you all.
