Surfing with a flu

A week ago, I surfed when I noticed first mild symptoms: low energy, mild aches, etc. Next morning it aggravated and developed into a real flu. Antibiotics. Days in bed. Sore throat, whole body aches, and severe coughing. But a lesson not learned.

So a week later, I felt better in the mornings. Almost recovered. Only the running nose and coughing bothered me a bit. So, I went surfing again. It was great. But I broke my leash and got 70 dollar parking ticket afterwards while buying a new leash clip.

So, next morning the flu returned at full scale, even after antibiotics! The whole day in bed. Suffering from multiple symptoms.

Not sure whether the lesson learnt.
Guys, just beware and try to learn this lesson from my experience not from your own.
