Used surfboard help...

So I'm interested in buying this board. It has like a dark spot near the fins and I think it's suffering from discoloration on the top side of the board. It doesn't have a lot of pressure dings but has a few on the bottom. What do you think about it, the owner told me it's old but her hasn't used it much and he's selling to move on to a smaller board. It includes everything except a cover. Is it worth it for $200.}

I bought a board in similar condition for a similar price so I guess I would say it is worth it. Maybe it was stored with the tail sticking out where the sun could shine in it? Check to see if the board feels spongy in the damaged discolored areas.
