I this a good gift for a surfer? Please help.

Ok, so i'm a "surfers wife". My husband has been telling me how he'd love to get a Ripcurl tide watch. So, i've been searching around and found this one: Rip Curl Men's A1015-CHA Digital Tide 200 Preset Beach Locations Watch
I don't know anything about them at all. Is this a good watch? I don't have a huge budget to work with. Anything you can tell me will be greatly appreciated!

I've got one that's very similar - they're great and a surfing husband will love it! 8)

i don't own one but I would be really surprised if he was not stoked to receive that.

I think its a great choice. As a surfer I always value anything that anyone gives me in recognition for my love of the ocean and being a surfer. beats socks and undies any day,,
