Painting a surfboard.

Has anyone painted their surfboard? For no apparent reason as to just doing it?

Anyways I'm keen to splash some colour on my board and I was wondering, would painting the rails or part of the rails affect the performance of the board? and same with the bottom?

If anyone has some insight on this that would be mad, have a good one guys!

You can get posca pens and some one who can draw and get a nice little bit of artwork.

No. It is OK to paint entire board. Performance will not be effected.
