Walden Compact disk surfboard???

Sense the CD is nether a long board or what i'd call a true short board i figured i'd ask my question here.

I'm an old fart now, but use to be an a avid surfer 25-30 years ago. I'm starting back up on the east coast small waves mostly mushy, and will only be surfing with my boys a few times a year. I dont see myself getting in shape enough to be able to surf a short board for more than a few waves. we be have the long boards covered already. I'd like to make the most of our surf trips so i'm considering this Walden CD board.

The info-mersial video sounds good but i would like to know what owners of this board have to say about it?
