Ok, we may or may not buy a cream to help cure the board rash... But is there anything can be done to avoid it?
I don't have any problem when I have my wetsuit on... but July to October when water warms up enough I like to surf in my boardies and rush vest - as all would agree, a great feeling of freedom after a winter suits/gloves/boots etc.
Downside is - massive rash to my knees and area around bottom ribs. Surprisingly enough - when on holiday in central america - no problem at all... anything to do with water/salt?
Please, any advice is much appreciated. After last weekend in Newquay it's gone so bad I won't be able to surf this weekend.
Many thanks.
