Holy cow ! £50k !
I'm hoping to sell my house for loads (bought very early in life !) and downsize and be happy ever after - if this was in a few years time I'd bid on it and you could all have stayed in my underground beach house and surfed in my front garden !

it will go for much more than hope the new owener don't close the beach down its a nice place to surf.

There are rights of way so it would be breaking the law. To be fair its not that great there anyway 8)

you can own the beach? in hawaii and i thinl all US everything below the high water mark is public. it just sucks when sometimes they have walls that extend out to the ocean
