Hey NOVAsurf, I'm in Warrenton also. I surfed for the first time in Hawaii this past May and have had the fever since. Is N.C. a good place to learn?

yes it is a great place to learn. especially the summer. warm water, almost always small, sandbars that are easy to get to (you can usually just walk out without getting your nips wet even). it's where i work and teach surf lessons. pm me sometime about lessons if you want.
