the rocks shift? pointbreaks can also be dangerous as they start off in shallower water to deeper water, which makes the take off cruicial otherwise you will have no teeth + plus an ugly face coming back up after a wipeout. wave size changes at every break all the time, can change with tide and wind etc so be careful not to think that it can only break up to a certain size, because somedays it will be flat and others maybe up to 8ft or bigger

^ Not that I know of, but it might have after the storm we had a week ago, you sould have seen it, we are having the weardest weather at the moment, 2 months ago we had rain for 3 weeks, hard rain, it was a total flood, thank goodness my grandmother chose a house on a hill (whell, almost every house around here is built on a hill, haha.) we lost both our beachbreaks, that is why I had to move from a beachbreak to a pointbreak. (btw, it is innacurate to say that I have been surfing for 3 weeks, I sayed 3 months.)

^ When I say the wave size is 14ft, I mean it's actual size, which is twice it's face, and four times the back, meaning the wave is about 3 1/2ft hawaiian, too big for me, I don't go past 3ft hawaiian, 6ft face, and 12ft size.

Eh??? Hawaiian is measuring the back of the wave - normally meaning the face is double the given size.........

Since when did a 7ft face make a 14ft wave - apart from in silly stories from kooks??

Seriously - time for the BS about barrels and double overhead waves to stop and just have a go at reality for a while...........

i doubt you surf that much..... in 20 days you've got 114 posts, that means an average of 6 a day(rounding up) and by the extent of your writing, the time you spend reading posts and answering back, you must be several hours in the computer....when do you surf??? don't you have a life??

...those are not questions to be answered, so don't bother. just expressing myself...
