Watched Sipping Jetstreams yesterday.. truly a good film. Never had gotten around to seeing it, but finally did. I really like it. Really makes me want to get out and travel. heh.

I'd agree with other posts that name "Step Into Liquid" and "Riding Giants". Both films pay respect to the past and present of surfing. Of course, my favorite is "Endless Summer", with "Endless Summer II" a distant second. But I'm old school, so these films appeal to me. Or watch a stupid "Gidget" movie!

Thicker Than Water is always a good video to watch. Nothing spectacular, but it has a great vibe about it.

hey guys i've been trying to remember this movie for some time now. i remember seeing it on tv a while back like maybe 6 or 7 year, could be before that.
it was a movie about guys surfing these really huge waves. i think it was an actual movie and not a documentary.
they showed them goin' out with the help of jet skis like in riding giants. at first i thought that was the movie i've been looking for but it was. does anyone know this movie i'm talking about?

I also loved Riding Giants, especially the part on Mavericks. Watching people getting wiped out to the sounds of Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam: how much better can life get?
