When you go under cover head then think the moment has passed and the board falls out of the sky, naturally ignored every bit of medical advice I’d give a patient and went straight back in

Ouch!. I haven't ever had a facial injury from surfing.

BTW BICs worked really well in my clinic, so patients could fill in their forms!

So the question is : Did they start manufacturing the boards first and then got into the pen business for all the medical forms surfers would fill out, or did they get into pens first and then realise they could boost sales by making boards that would cripple surfers?

Pens first, they were there in the 1960s , BIC and Biro .
