yea too right. i usually share a lift with a mate, but he smashed his car in a crash and can't afford to fix it, but..getting a new board, so thats cheered me up a lil, only thing now is...cant really use it! although i'm waiting for my dad to get hooked because he's starting to surf.

one word of advice: start hiking. get a backpack and a board sling, and you can surf whenever you want.

lol, i can't be bothered to walk, its a good 30 miles and then a surf after, plus a loooong walk home after? not really my thing, although there is a bus that goes down to the beach, but it takes a good 2 hours when i could get a lift and get there in 30 mins.

and it says they may introduce a no tolerance thing to alcohol, so new drivers can't even have one drink or any alcohol in their system...

I think they should make the driving age 21, what with all these lunactics out there crashing into us all... but it's not gonna happen

It's 15 in New Zealand, and no compulsory insurance, with lots of kids hammering round in Subaru Impreza WRX's.

Scary.......
