which surf trip organiser to trust?

There are plenty of internet sites out there offering surf trips with accomodation, equipment and tuition. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy company with trips to either england, france, spain or portugal?
I'm a beginner, so need one that offers tuition and all the equipment. I want to go for about 2 weeks in september.
Any advice????
