Surfing Waves

im going to be in northwest france and working my way down to hossegor. im on a super budget and wanted to maybe camp on the beach, how easy is it to just go and camp there.

also i will be trying to make my way south to spain and portugal. i have no car and im wondering what is the best mode of transportation. any help would be great.
