Brazil in februari/march

Like the subject says.... hows the surf in Brazil during Februari and March?? Ive heard its not the best season, but is it OK anyways? Or is it flat?

Id appreciate to get some tips on where the surf is good for a beginner, and also if anyone knows how much it costs to rent surfboards.

Exposed beach break very reliable surf .
Offshore winds from west northwest.
Windswells and ground swells in equal measure optimum swell angle from southeast.
The beach breaks offer lefts and rights, rarely crowded
An average punchy 2/5ft reaching 8ft never flat.
There are ideal beginners spot and good rates for surf lessons.
