Hello chaps,
Just be be clear before I get flamed I cleared posting this link with surf Patrol earlier today.
I have recently moved to Bracklesham and I have never been overly impressed with the surf report websites out there. I found the croyde surf cam site really useful, so I created my own site in that vain. I get up every morning with my camera and take some shots of the action then I publish them on the site before I go to work.
You can get to it here :
http://www.bracklesham.co.uk
I would love to get some feedback from you guys and I hope it is useful (and might either save you some petrol money or get you into some good surf).
Cheers,
Matt.

I hope it helps you get some waves ! I am already worrying about how I can get piccies up in the winter (I leave for work at 8.00am so it may well be dark).......I think if I can get enough cash together a automated web cam might be in order......hmmm....

I've got pretty good at predicting the spot, so rarely make a wasted trip, but every bit of info will help. So that'll be (yet another) site I'll be checking out daily.
Automatic cam must be the way to go!

Web cam would be cool - but I do enjoy getting onto the beach everyday !
I have a long list of surf forecast websites I check as well, in the hope that a swell might be making its way to us !

Oh yes, a wave at wittering and suddenly your PC doesnt work and theres no photos...? Are you keeping tourists away, or making it up about the wave?
Did you get out there today?

Sure did, it was pretty small and pretty windy this evening and my buddy stood on a a weaver fish, so all in all not the best session ever.

It sure will ! Well we have a lovely offshore breeze today ! And the surf looks amazing (as long as you are about the size of an ant). Another day in paradise !

I love your optimistic comments on the site - "Beautiful day! Fantastic Lines! Brilliant clean waves!! Utterly unsurfable!! Never mind, the sun's out!!"

Its hard to be down when you have to go to the beach every morning and the view is like that ! I am more down when I get there and it is 6ft and perfect and I have to go to work (sicky, sicky, did anyone say sicky ?).

Yeah I will keep my eyes peeled for the van, and with a bit of wind and swell luck I should be able to show you a nice spot just up the road from me

Wow - did anyone make it down to Bracklesham on late pm on Sunday 27th May ? A swell came from nowhere, it was a killer super off shore 3-4ft on sets, longboard heaven. I was hoping that it would continue into Monday but it was not meant to be.
It was the second best session I have ever had at Brack - the old fluid Juice was hammering along very nicely - bring on thurs-fri as it looks like we might get some more swell.

i got down there at 7pm and it was going off - some of the best waves I've seen there! It was like a super secret session!!! It was almost barrelling when I first got there!!!! Awesome! I was on a 6'2" fish and there was more than enough in it for me until the tide got too high. Still stoked from that one hour sesh!

Yes - it rocked and there were only about 6 people out. I managed to get in from 4pm till 7pm, I was knackered but it was an awesome session.

Yeah - I know !! I have not updated the website for ages as I am currently creating a new site that will have live wind report and a web cam. It might take me a little while longer so appologies......
