Dear Papawoolacombe,

We will not post any of that info on here but will inform all applicants of these details.

I am sure you can understand these details are of a private matter for both parties.

Thanks and regards.

I disagree :P .

I see plenty of job vacancies which do display pay etc. - how else would you know if you want the job? In my experience when I have applied for jobs which have not openly displayed pay details, the jobs were shite and the pay poor. Not saying this will be but that is my personal experience.

I don't see the point in wasting peoples time. The first thing anyone considering a job needs to know is how much money it will pay. I see no advantage in hiding these details until further down the line - unless it is likely to put people off of course. Kinda pushy sales technique in reverse, like when you dont discuss the price of an expensive product until you have rammed all the plus points down the prospective buyers throat! :x Yes I have done my bit in sales - and that was an example of the hidden pay, it was bassically pure commision, selling bloody vacuum cleaners!

So in a nutshell job ads without pay details usually mean the pay is:
a)embarrassingly high.
b)embarrassingly low.

Sorry about the rant but its just one of the little things that has always got me going.

My asumption is that it'll be xxxxx pay... Insturcting always is. Unless your instructing instructors.. then its a bit more but so hard to make a living from it.
