Spring/Summer wind in Todos Santos area

(not a surfer, but) looking for spring and summer windsurfing in Southern Baja, so the question is for anyone who's been to Los Cerritos, Cabo etc, during the spring or summer: have you guys noticed any wind at all??

Or just swell?
