Surfing Waves

Has anyone surfed in Joss Bay in the SE of England?

Its the nearest beach to me that does a waves but dont no if there any good.

Been there only once in the summer but there where no waves. I have ordered a new rip curl wetsuit so as soon as that comes in a will be going down there more.

So anyone been there, and whats it like?
