Surfing Waves

Hi! Taking my wife on an anniversary trip and I’m between Guilded Iguana in Nosara Costa Rica or Mizata in El Salvador. Looking for a good mix of adventures and access to good surf. Looking for next September so lots of time to dial in the right spot. Looking for upscale and romantic spot with good jungle tours and other tours with good waves. Anyone been to either of both of these places?
