zambales vs san juan (in july)
Posted: Fri May 31, 2019 2:55 pmSo I'm looking into a holiday in the philippines in july, apparently it will be rainy season, and during that time there is more of a SW wind, so it's better to go on the west coast, which pretty much means zambales or san juan. Does anyone know which of the two places is better/more consistent during that time ?
