Seeking Advice To Help Our Surf Camp in Bali...

Postby BaliSurfCamp » Sat Dec 29, 2018 11:57 am

Hey everyone,

New person here on the forums, and it's been great so far.

We have a Surfcamp in Bali, and we're looking for some tips on how to make it better so we can get more clients through the door.

We have amazing reviews and success stories from all of our clients on Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor.

I'm just trying to get out of this plateau and share my knowledge with more people.

So I'm looking if you can help me on 3 things by answering a few of the questions:

1) What do you like about surf camps? What do you feel they need for you to come back or to recommend?

2) What did you not like about surf camps? What put a bad taste in your mouth for you not to go back?

3) Could you give me some advice on my website https://balisurf.org

Thank you in advance for your help.

Bali, just a guess: the majority of surfers using this forum are experience and the median age is relatively high. These types of surfers have little interest in surf camps. Many of us have our semi-secret, secret, and favored international spots with established networks that surf camps are not in our picture.

I've heard from some friends that also have business in Bali (not surf camps) that the last year they had a massive decrease in customers due to the volcano and earth quakes. Maybe this could have also affected your business?
