Insurance is important for each and every. health or luggage. Before go to travel we need for insurance because sometimes we lose our bag or other important good, insurance do help to cover all that. And in surfing case, it's a very need.

I only started getting travel insurance in the last 5-7 years. I always thought it was going to be a nightmare to make a claim but it isn't. Just send them the paperwork and it is done. So I've started getting travel insurance more often now.

This one is from India, they have English writing schools and offshore phone answering schools with accent training and placing an English post in a website or forum is an exam requirement!
They get accent training and try to sound like someone from the country they are servicing. Fail miserably with the Aussie accent.
