Travel ideas for June

Hi all,
I am looking to travel over the next month and have an idea in my head of what I am looking for, but keep getting conflicting information about different spots online. If any of you have any insight that could rule out or highlight a particular place that would be incredibly helpful!

I am hoping to find a place with most if not all of these:
1) Cheap accomodation - backpacking budget
2) Warm water (no wetties please!)
3) Consistent, reasonably uncrowded intermediate-advanced waves
4) Not completely remote or in the middle of nowhere, i.e I have done the empty-tropical-island vibe thing and would prefer to have some sort of city with restaurants, bars, etc to visit this time.

So far, the places I've researched that seem promising are Bali (although sounds very crowded in June), Sri Lanka, and Nicaragua...if you have any ideas I would be extremely grateful.

Bali in June is cold water for us....I wear a wetsuit this time of year for dawn patrols. Swell is in and the crowds with them which means in better spots top talent is your competition for waves and on muted breaks and smaller days you will be in a sea of beginner intermediate drop in specialists (Oh, I thought you were going straight!)
