Surfing waves site has a surf map section that shows Britanny and offers descriptions of 10 spots. Read up and see!

Definitley go to the Atlantic side, not the Channel as the North is mostly flat. I think most good spots are towards the Southwest coast.

Hi StefanoN,

Brittany is imho a good choice just go to the atlantic side as Oldie already pointed out.

I would recommend the area of Finisterre-South which covers the Peninsula Crozon and Bay of Audierne.

As you go in summer the most consistent spots would La Palue (Crozon) and La Torche and Le Baie de Trepasse for Audierne.

This site doesnt really offer a good description of the spots of Brittany so have a look on MSW or buy "The Stormrider Surf Guide France" which gives you a good overview and description of surfspots all over France.

Some spots are covered by webcams -> Google will help you to find those.
