Peniche or Guincho/Cascais

Which spot is nicer for a two week surfholiday this summer? And are the good campsite facilities? If you have some information about this two spots, let me know!

Peniche is great and the site is:

they have a great surf camp.

Guincho is great too but i think do´t have a surf camp
