Cheap Maldives Surf Trip??

Say $50 per day/person, including food and accommodation?
Can consistent head high - double over head surf be expected in December? (Closer to head high, 6ft reef breaks are a bit gnarly for me)
I would love some suggestions!
Also open to suggestions for other tropical surf destinations? Not indo.. too corrupt and non-legit for my liking.
