Surfing Waves

I am planning a vacation for 2 and we want to learn to surf. I have found 3 different surf camps and wanted some feedback if anyone has gone...Third World Surf Camp--Costa Rica, Easy Drop Surf Camp--Ilheus, and Green Iguana Surf Camp.

by the way, I'm interested on surf camps in the Basque Country (Pais Vasco) or on the southern French coast.
