Costa Rica time share idea

We are kicking around the idea of constructing up to four homes on our lots which are 250 meters from the beach. The homes would be Costa Rica styled two bedroom homes on stilts with possible ocean views. These would not be condos, but actual single family homes that can accomidate up to six people. We would start by constructing one home and as weeks sell out constructing more.
The terms would be to purchase one week during the year for $2,500. with a $300. a year maintnance. This would be for a 15 year term. The maintnance would cover property upkeep, taxes, pool maintnance and reduced cleaning sevice. We would also try and have a live in care taker who would be paid a salary to perform these duties along with added security.
Junquillal is fast becoming an upscale beach community with a laid back attitude. There are several resteraunts and activities nearby and the area plays host to some of the best surf in the country.
