Hey guys I'm from Sydney, Australia and I've been travelling around Spain lately and am keen to head down to Morocco for a couple weeks. Any recommendations on good/cheap accommodation?

Cheers

James

Hi James! I'm from Barcelona and next week I'm going to Morocco for a week too. I'm flying to Agadir and right now I'm a bit lost. I'm trying to find information to organize the trip (accomodation, spots and transport). Maybe I will book a shared room at some cheap hostel in Taghazout and from there I will decide the rest of the trip...
Have you find anything?

Keep in touch,

Uri

Hi James!

I would definitely have a look at Stoke Travel for Morocco! It's only 450 euro for 6 nights all inclusive (all meals, surf equipment etc) and I travelled with them for Oktoberfest and couldn't recommend them higher :)

As a moroccan I'd suggest knowing someone before coming here or going with a trip organizer because if you know a local they can find you a really nice apartment to rent for a week and you'll spend half the price of a hotel :)

Don't be disingenuous erinmelissa. You work for Stoke Travel and you are simply trying to solicit some business.
Please note that this forum is not here simply for you to drum up business.

I just got back from 2 months in Tamraght (just north of Agadir) and I would really recommend it. Loads of lovely places to stay (Soul House, Lunar Surf, Mint Surf, and others) and the breaks are really varied and perform well. Decent instruction and freindly locals. Not a huge party town but you can get out in Tagazhout (5DH taxi ride in the day, more at night) or at the bars in the local resorts (Paradise Plage and Sol House).

Happy travels. You'll love it.
