Manhattan beach area?

we're moving out to LA end of this year and am interested in some good spots to surf there.

i have surfed a little bit but not much in Wilsons Prom, Vic, Australia.

i'm hoping to improve seeing i'll be by the beach and have more of a chance to get out there.

so any suggestions on somewhere to improve in that area?

Yeah, tons of places. You can surf Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach...you'll have to wait and see everything when you get out here...have fun.

You'll be right at El Porto...probably one of the best spots in L.A. to learn.
