Playa Jaco, Costa Rica Hotel

Hello,

First time here, and first time planning to go to Costa Rica. I am an older intermediate surfer, traveling alone, and looking for
mid-range to higher hotel in Playa Jaco, with a private sitting area/balcony with my room and in easy walking distance to
the main breaks(and a surf shop, as I will need to rent a short stick).

Any recommendations? Appreciate it!

I'm going to Tamarindo but renting a car so I can try all local spots. I'll have to include Playa Jaco as a spot to try.
