Surfing Waves

Hey guys!
I am going to the Maldives in 3 days and need some tips and advice! If you already went there can you please tell me if when it rains it gets chilly or it's still really hot?
And I also wanted some tips about what to take from people who already did surf trips to warm water places as this is my first time surfing in warm water!

It's hot it's humid , take a rash vest , mornings can be cool if you go for a dawn patrol, at most a slightly thermal rash vest for those times. Tropical wax and non reef ruining sun block , recommend Zinc cream type!,
Don't get it on your hand or your board!

Come back and give us a review of your trip. If more people did that we'd all be better informed. I don't know the first thing about the surf and traveling conditions in the Maldives, but I wish I did.

My friend here in Japan, does a surf tour to the Maldives. I was shocked to hear about the trash problem. Search " Maldives trash island ".

I seached it! Wow, I had no idea! Im going to try to see this by myself
