Sri Lanka Crowds

I went to Sri Lanka in June last year and it wasn't crowded at all, just wondering how much more crowded A-Bay gets in July and wether it's worth waiting till September...?

Hi I've just returned from 3 weeks in the south of sri lanka and it was way busier than I was expecting. May have just been because it was close to new year as we heard various reports about when the best time to visit to avoid the crowds was.

Do you know what Feb/March surf season will be like? In terms of crowds? Consistent surf? Recommendations for surf camps?
