Surfing Waves

Hello! I am looking for a good spot to travel to this holiday season (end of Dec through mid-January) that has a couple key qualities: good surf (possibly not too crowded with waves for both a novice and intermediate/advance surfer); sport climbing nearby; warm-er weather (as compared to mainland US); and is relatively easy to get too.

Any beta would be super appreciated -- locations, transport, places to stay, etc.
