Looking for camps Lisbon/Madeira

Any recommendations?

I was planning on staying at 'Lisbon Surf House' whcih seems to be a pretty good deal for me and my girlfriend:

The problem is that if I only buy the surf rental package, there's no guarantee of transportation as this is reserved for the surf school. Does anyone have idea of how expensive can transportation be in Lisbon just to reach a nice surf spot?

Also I want to check out Madeira and its surf. If somebody knows of a good surf house that can nicely accommodate a couple in a private room and provide a nice surf package/transportation please let me know.
